Major cases in Indonesia is very much a matter of manipulations, and most of the project budget. Cases of corruption and manipulation is the "dark side" for a legal settlement involving as many state officials who are in power. So many big cases are deliberately hidden so as not exposed, because, when the case was revealed, many state officials who will go to jail. Ironically in the state of Indonesia, the country humum but have not been able settle the issue under the law! The people had become confused and eventually apathy!
